Normal Skin
Leaves my skin soft and hydrated.

Watch the foam melt into skin in real routines.
The sheet mask problem
Sheet masks ask you to stop, lie still and wait. On a busy morning, that's the first step to get skipped.
The routine problem
You want skin that looks bouncy, hydrated and bright. But layer after layer feels heavy, and the full routine rarely survives a weekday.
WHAT YOUR SKIN ACTUALLY WANTS
Your routine should leave your skin looking plump, smooth and refreshed, without feeling like another task on your morning list.

No. It's a leave-on treatment. Once the foam has melted in, simply continue your routine.
It's the massage time. Massage for about 30 seconds until the foam melts into your skin. The product then stays on. Don't let the foam sit on your face unmassaged.
Yes. It's designed for daily use, morning, night or both.
After cleansing (and toner, if you use one). Follow with moisturiser if needed, and SPF in the morning.

One pump covers the face. Add a second only if your skin feels very dry.
Approximately 6–8 weeks with one pump a day. Using it morning and night, plan on about a month.
Yes. Let it absorb fully, apply SPF, then makeup as usual.
Generally yes. Apply the 30 Second Ritual first, let it absorb, then your retinol. If your skin is sensitive to retinol, introduce new products one at a time.
Yes. Many people use vitamin C in the morning and layer the 30 Second Ritual before or after it, depending on texture preference.
Everyone's skin is different. Patch test on your inner arm or behind the ear for 24 hours before first use, and stop if irritation occurs. Avoid the eye area and broken skin.
